Fantastic book. They provided me with strategies that were easy to understand and have really helped me to relax my standards and view things in a more rational way. He is on much surer footing at the very end of "Six - Legged Soldiers", chronicling potential usage of insects in war, ranging from using them as disease vectors to causing substantial disruptions in agricultural economies from pest infestations of crops. My grandchildren found it an easy read. I liked this book much better than I thought I would. When you are done reading this very informative and entertaining book (trust me, you will not be able to put it down) you will have the knowledge and insight to be able to either help someone suffering or find help for yourself.. This helped me realize a lot about myself. It is also about relationship, connection, wholeness. In this culture truth is often relegated to how we feel.
