But for the most part this is a gorgeous book, indispensible for those of us still caught up in Sargentolatry, and just whets the appetite for the next volume.. Varrieur does so brilliantly yet again by looking at the SUGAR contained in French fries, soda, the bun, and a pie from a fast food restaurant. It's turned into a bible at our house.. Much of this book misses the point for me and my family. . This offers specific examples and leads to many similar lessons. WAKE UP lets go when you just wanted to sit on the porch. Taken as a heart-pulsing story, in the vein of Homeland or 24, this ebook works well, and you gotta love the author's hardscrabble passion and fire. It includes an example of someone in that situation, what they did to remedy it as well as some great guidance on how the reader could also benefit from similar actions.
