It includes an example of someone in that situation, what they did to remedy it as well as some great guidance on how the reader could also benefit from similar actions. If you really want to lose weight and are in no hurry to do it, this book is for you. This book tell about the good doctors treatment methods. Absolutely revolutionary book.
